Welcome to Tradyt (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Tradyt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Tradyt

Tradyt is an AI-powered global spice trading platform that connects verified Indian exporters and international buyers.
We provide tools for sourcing, bidding, automated documentation, finance integration, and logistics tracking to simplify and secure international trade.

2. Eligibility

To use Tradyt, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old,
  • Have legal authority to enter into binding contracts,
  • Represent a valid business entity engaged in trade, export, or procurement, and
  • Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.

We reserve the right to verify your business credentials before granting access to certain services.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You must create an account to access certain Platform features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  • Tradyt is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, are fraudulent, or compromise platform security.

4. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or business credentials,
  • Upload false, misleading, or illegal trade data,
  • Violate export/import laws or trade compliance regulations,
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality,
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools without written consent,
  • Post, transmit, or share content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy.

Violations may result in suspension, removal, or legal action.

5. Verification and Compliance

Tradyt works with third-party partners (inspection agencies, banks, compliance providers, etc.) to verify buyer and seller credentials.
While we aim to maintain a trusted network, Tradyt does not guarantee the authenticity or performance of any user, buyer, or supplier.
Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before confirming trades.

6. AI-Powered Features

Tradyt’s AI features include:

  • Automated document generation (invoices, contracts, shipping forms),
  • Buyer–seller matchmaking,
  • Price predictions and trade insights, and
  • Risk and compliance scoring.

These insights are advisory in nature.
Tradyt does not assume responsibility for business decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

7. Payments and Financial Services

Tradyt may integrate with third-party financial institutions, credit partners, or payment processors to enable:

  • Trade financing,
  • Escrow services, and
  • Secure online payments.

All financial transactions are governed by the respective third-party’s terms and privacy policies.
Tradyt is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or financing decisions made by these partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, AI models, and data analytics on Tradyt are owned or licensed by Tradyt.
Users may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute platform content,
  • Reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the software, or
  • Use the Tradyt name, logo, or assets without written consent.

All trade documents generated within the platform remain the property of their respective users but may be stored and processed by Tradyt for service delivery.

9. Confidentiality and Data Use

Tradyt respects your data and business confidentiality.
All user data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, trade, or use your proprietary trade data for external AI training or marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Tradyt provides all services “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI predictions, or performance of third-party services.
  • Tradyt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • If you violate these Terms,
  • If required by law, or
  • If the Platform is discontinued or restructured.

You may also request account deletion at any time.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradyt, its affiliates, and its partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform,
  • Violation of these Terms, or
  • Infringement of rights of another user or third party.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Revised versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
